Background Contrasts (file ...org/background.htm - Last revised October 10, 2003)

Readers / visitors should have accessed the background to the work that led to the discoveries by, and the revelations to, a young boy. The boy's and young man's search 'for logical answers to simple questions' were and have always been solidly founded on Heraclitus' authoritative dictate, above.  The contrasts and the stories that the young boy was introduced to at the sensitive age you read of, abound in the Old and New Testaments. No logical person could overlook the simple issues pointed, and to be pointed to. One of the most revealing of statements that no one could ever dismiss as balderdash or rubbish should be close to many whose lives have been ruined by the criminals who are in control of allegedly civilised societies. Consider, if you please, the following passage:
    'And the Pharisees came up to him and in order to test him asked, "Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife? He answered them, "What did Moses command you?" They said, "Moses allowed a man to write a certificate of divorce, and to put her away. "But Jesus said to them; "For your hardness of heart he wrote you this commandment. But from the beginning of creation, 'God made them male and female.' For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one. So they are no longer two but one. What therefore God has joined together, let no man put asunder'.  (Mark 10, 2-9)

Note: 'For YOUR 'hardness of heart'  he (Moses) wrote you (did if for you) and THEN nothing but a logical presentation about the role of the two sexes as Christ (the editors of the New Testament)  saw and interpreted it. The author, therefore draws the visitor's/reader's attention to the words and to which parties the words were spoken. (*Link) 

What is relevant in the above passage, from the New Testament, is the contrast between the teachings, dogmas if you like. Of Moses and the Old Testament where one reads of perpetual references to 'the law' by and from allegedly inspired and or chosen persons. You will be caused to recognise much that has conveniently been brushed under the carpets by the abusers of trust and the self appointed. Whether the reader chooses to interpret the words 'the two shall become one' simply as implying 'the two contributing to and for the creation of new life', or as 'two persons becoming one in terms of common goals in and for life' (physical well being, also) is a matter of personal choice. No doubt others will seek to introduce other elements. The author simply concentrates on the main issues that are to be covered in these pages, 'the family of man'. It is the author's hope that the reader / visitor will be interested enough to access and read the various text that will be presented and argued through as material that has been passed on to 'humans' (thinkers?) through the last 23 centuries. The author refers, of course, to the fact that for the first time, 'the keepers of secrets', 'the enlightened ones', 'the gifted and the creators / recorders of 'God's Law' allowed others to have access to their closely guarded 'secrets'. On the other hand it was a case of a decision to spread 'their God's Law' to the then known world. Thus they set about to translate their scriptures into Greek, the most widely written, read and spoken language of the times (*Link).

For the purpose of these pages, it is irrelevant if we are to accept that Ptolemy, of Egypt, had the Old Testament translated to Greek because some 300,000 Jews/Hebrews (some claim) were living in Alexandria, Egypt at the time, and that he simply wished for the subjects to have 'free access' to the beliefs and teachings of their forefathers'. The simple fact is that 'the keepers of the secrets' consented and participated in the exercise; that being more than a mere possibility, then surely their innermost wish was that they were thus to spread their religion, and promote their one and only God, to the rest of the Greek world. We will be looking at other historical events, which no one can overlook or carry on ignoring. The reader will then be able to draw simple conclusions. The historical facts could never be changed. Twisting and bending everything to suit the intentions of the moment, has always been the main 'weapon' of the abuser of any position of power (*Link).
